If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days under the following conditions:
The protective film on the 3D-printed enclosure must not be removed or damaged.
The return request must be submitted to us within 14 days of receiving the enclosure.
- Please note that once the protective film on the plexiglas has been removed or the enclosure is used already and filled with substrate or other objects returns will no longer be accepted.
We kindly ask you to contact through e-mail [email protected] within the specified timeframe to initiate the return process. Detailed instructions on how to safely package the house for return will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria or if the 3D-printed enclosure or accessoires is damaged.
Shipping costs for returns are for the customer.

Guarantee expires when objects are placed on top of the LED light, the LED light may overheat with blocking ventilation and will malfuntion.
Please note that the terrarium is carefully assembled and should not be taken apart. Disassembling the terrarium may cause parts to break, become damaged, or no longer fit together properly (Please see the image below on the page). Components may also become loose or fail to fit securely when reassembled, which can affect the overall structure and appearance. We kindly ask you to keep the terrarium intact to ensure it remains in perfect condition.

The terrarium shows signs of incorrect reassembly. The lamp holder is positioned at an angle, and the support on which the door rests appears to be installed upside down. As a result, a gap has formed between the door and the plexiglass panel below, affecting the overall fit of the terrarium. These gaps create potential escape routes for the spider, as the enclosure can no longer be considered fully sealed. Similar openings may occur when parts are not reassembled correctly, compromising both the safety and functionality of the terrarium.
